Susie's Banana Nutter Butter Pudding
1 Large box sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 Small box sugar free instant banana pudding
3 Cups of milk
8oz. Sour cream
8oz. Bag Nutter Butter cookie bites
3-4 Bananas sliced
Sugar free cool whip to top
Mix pudding w/ milk. Let set for a few minutes until it begins to thicken. Then add in sour cream. Mix until smooth. Add bananas then fold in Nutter Butters. Top each serving w/ cool whip if desired. Chill for 2 hours then serve.
Susan's Summer Pasta Salad
1 bag Spiral Pasta
2/3 cup Italian Dressing
1/3 cup Ranch Dressing
1 package Fajita seasoning
2 cups cooked chicken breast (for a shortcut use pre-cooked chicken)
1/3 cup small/shredded carrots
1/2 cup cubed Cheddar cheese
Prepare pasta, drain and cool. Cook chicken and add fajita seasoning. Combine dressing and add to cooled pasta. Then add chicken and cheese. Mix well, refrigerate and enjoy!
Dilled Red Potato Salad
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 lbs small new red potatoes, halved and cooked til tender
1 small red onion finely chopped
1 small red pepper diced
2 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons dill weed
In a large bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir in cooked potatoes, onion, and pepper. Add parsley and dill weed and mix well. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
Fruit Salad
1 can Fruit Cocktail (drained)
1 can Mandarin Oranges (drained)
1 can Pineapple Chunks (do not drain)\
2 firm Bananas sliced
2 cups grapes (sliced if desired)
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, chill and serve.
Sandra's Salsa
Monterey Jack & Cheddar Cheese ¿ Shredded ( 2 Cups )
1 Can Chopped Green Chilies, Drained
1 Can Chopped Black Olives
1 Large Tomato Chopped
1/2 Bottle Wishbone Robusto Italian Dressing
1 Bunch Green Onions, Chopped
Mix All Ingredients. Chill. Serve with Tortilla Chips
